Your privacy, in plain words
This notice explains what happens to your information when you sign up for Mahjong on Main, our free weekly newsletter.
Who we are
We're Mahjong Gangster Squad (MGS). We publish Mahjong on Main, our free weekly newsletter for beginner American Mahjong players.
Mahjong Gangster Squad is our brand name. You can reach us at mahjonggangstersquad@gmail.com.
What we collect when you sign up
Your email address.
A record of your consent: the date and time you signed up, where you signed up (for example, which page or form), and the consent wording you were shown.
Why we collect it
We use your email address to send you the free Mahjong on Main newsletter every week and occasional MGS offers.
We keep the consent record so we can show when and how you agreed to hear from us.
You confirm by email first
After you sign up, we send you an email with a confirmation link. You won't get the newsletter until you click that link to confirm it's really you.
Who sends our emails
We use Kit to send our emails. Kit stores subscriber information on our behalf, under an agreement with us. You can read that agreement at https://kit.com/dpa.
Email opens and clicks
We use email tracking to see which emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we can make the newsletter better.
Cookies
Our signup page is hosted by Kit. Kit may use cookies and similar tools on that page. Kit's own privacy policy explains how.
We never sell your email
We never sell your email.
How to unsubscribe
You can stop the newsletter anytime. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or email us at mahjonggangstersquad@gmail.com.
Deleting your details
Unsubscribing stops our emails. We keep your email address and a record of the emails we sent you, marked as unsubscribed, so our emails don't go to you again. If you'd also like us to delete your details from our mailing list, email us at mahjonggangstersquad@gmail.com and we'll delete them.
Changes to this notice
